Stiki

Stiki was established in 1992. The company now develops two types of software solutions, to assess operational risk and to assess quality of health care services.

Both solutions are process driven and based on international standards. Risk Management Studio, RM Studio®, is a software designed for businesses, organisations and municipalities that need to ensure security and quality in all operations. Export of RM Studio started at the end of 2008 and now Stiki has customers and partners in 16 countries. The RAI software suite is developed in collaboration with Icelandic health institutions for establishing quality assessment in health care service. Quality of service is assessed in various health services and quality factors are calculated. The RAI suite is for public and private health care service. Export to the international marketplace is in preparation. Stiki is certified both to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001. Stiki is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
